A mass to commemorate the feast of St. Margaret was held on Sunday 22nd July 2007 at St. Bernadette’s Community Centre in North Sunshine, Melbourne. The celebrant was Fr. John Taliana M.S.S.P..The Couple for Christ Choir took part in the celebration of the mass. Representatives of various Maltese Associations also attended the ceremony. The mass was followed by the Benediction. Afterwards a procession took place around the ground adjoining the centre. The Maltese Own Band Philarmonic Society Inc. accompanied the procession after which there was a spectacular fireworks display. The celebrations ended with a musical concert at the hall. A disc jockey entertained everyone for the rest of the evening. Maltese traditional food and drinks were also available.
